1. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms apply to this website and its content, including SLAB SOLD! videos, guides and interactive tools. Separate brokerage and transaction agreements govern any professional services you engage.

2. Information to support your decisions

Articles, videos, maps and guides provide general information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your property and circumstances from a qualified legal, tax, lending, insurance, inspection or other professional. Independently verify information important to your decision, including property condition, flood exposure, insurance, taxes, restrictions, financing and construction timelines.

3. Brokerage services and consultations

Browsing this website, watching a video, submitting a form or requesting a free consultation does not by itself create a brokerage representation agreement or a commitment to purchase, sell or lease. Representation, scope of services and compensation are addressed separately with Erin and her brokerage, including written agreements where required. A free consultation is an initial conversation about your goals; it does not mean all brokerage services are free.

4. Property listings and past results

Property photos, tours and listing details may come from third-party sources, including HAR, sellers and builders. Prices, availability, measurements and other details can change or contain errors. Confirm current information before relying on it. Past listings, leases and client stories illustrate previous experiences; they do not promise a particular sale price, timeline, investment return or outcome for another client.

5. Buyer readiness tools and submissions

The buyer questionnaire uses information you provide to suggest planning next steps. It is not a loan application, credit review, preapproval or determination of eligibility for financing or housing. Provide accurate information and only submit information you have permission to share. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports, financial documents or other sensitive information through website forms.

Submitting an inquiry allows Erin to respond about your request. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please review the Privacy page for information about website submissions.

6. Content, photos and branding

Website text, logos, photos, videos and graphics belong to Erin or their respective owners. You may view the content for personal, noncommercial use and share links to this website. Obtain permission from the relevant owner before republishing, selling, altering or using content in advertising, except where applicable law permits the use.
